Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Madrid. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations for a 6 months project, dedicated to supporting our Key Account Management (KAM) team with top-notch data management. Your key responsibilities will focus on maintaining customer-related data within the TPM system, ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain customer data, including pricing, promotions, product information, and contact details, in the TPM system.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating information.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to gather and analyse customer information.
- Generate reports and provide insights from the TPM system to support KAMs.
- Provide user support for the TPM system, including answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level of English.
