Job Description:

Job Title: Research Manager - Due Diligence

Company: Reconocida empresa

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to join our Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of research editors, ensuring the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise, support, and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation.
  2. Report Quality: Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements regarding content quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  3. Client Communication: Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concerns.
  4. Process Improvement: Promote the Due Diligence research process internally and externally, and contribute to both team and product-initiated projects.
  5. Training and Development: Support training of future members of staff and perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in the field of Due Diligence.
  2. Knowledge: Specialist legal, business, or financial knowledge.
  3. Skills: Ability to coordinate internal resources, resourcefulness to adapt to changing customer expectations, knowledge of international affairs and politics, and an openness to different views and opinions.
