About this role: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Iberia business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product and Business Development: Identify and deliver new product and supplier opportunities within the Iberia market, and utilize customer and market potential to achieve growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Iberia Food, and set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
  • Leadership/Relationships: Develop strategic and operational relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the relevant supplier communities, and lead an internal network for local product management.

You will be successful in this role if: You have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional companies, and a Master degree or similar level of education. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
