Hardware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer specialized in Power Electronics components to develop our know-how in the area and tackle various projects. The successful candidate will work on HW design calculations, component selection, simulations using Matlab/Simulink and Spice, and schematic and PCB layout design.

• Design and development of power electronics components
• Selection and procurement of HW components
• Simulation and modeling of HW systems
• HW design quality activities (DFMEA, FTA, Worst Case Analysis)
• Support eCAD group with design rules and EMC good practices

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a hardware designer and specialize in Power Electronics. You should have deep knowledge about switching between AC and DC, BLDC motor control, electrical AC transition motors, discrete components, sensors, battery management systems, and converters.

• Experience in Automotive HW design
• Battery management system design experience
• Powere supply design experience for LV PSU (Push-pull, Flyback, Sepic)
• EMC design knowledge and techniques for EMC countermeasures
