We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) team, you will be responsible for driving the organization's overall test methodologies and approaches within our product squads.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the standard execution of each test phase (system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) in your product scope.
- Contribute to the refinement and ongoing improvement of the test management strategy for the products and squads in scope.
- Execution of test governance and associated standards within your product squad.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies being accountable for testing assessment, provide estimation support and ensure execution on quality and time.
- Ensure all test-related results are created to quality in line with strategy and approach.
- Support formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance reviews focused on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other test management experts in the overall test approach and frameworks.
- Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes, and standards.
- 5+ years proven experience in a similar role with a shown track record as a QA Engineer.
- 5+ years demonstrated ability working in Agile projects.
- Track experience in modern project and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray).
- Business proficient in English (written and spoken) and Spanish proficient (spoken).
- Attention to detail: QA engineer should be able to spot minor details in the systems, as well as the details that contribute to a top application.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and liaise with collaborators.
- Critical thinking attitude.
- Adaptability to new technologies, methodologies and project requirements.
