This Senior Project Manager role involves leading complex automotive projects, collaborating with specialist groups, and managing production planning and ramp-up phases. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience in production planning, and be fluent in German and English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.
- Manage production planning and ramp-up phases for successful industrialization.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
- +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools.
- Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
Languages:
- German – C1 (mandatory)
- English – C1
