About the RoleAs a Business Analyst Intern, you'll collaborate with our CRO team to design, analyze, and report business analytics databases and models across various data sources.
You'll drill down to detail, improve processes, and create recurring reports to drive business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare reporting on business performance and monthly reporting packs (KPIs, business metrics, merchant performance).
- Design and build business and analysis dashboards using Tableau and Metabase.
- Measure the feasibility of business cases and merchant performance by gathering, downloading, and analyzing data from different sources.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvement and operational efficiencies through data analysis and testing.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation of processes.
- Participate in internal and cross-departmental projects that impact the business through ad hoc analysis and report production.

- Previous experience in Business is a plus.
- Good general business and database knowledge.
- Highly skilled in Excel and Google spreadsheets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
