We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team at Cigna Healthcare. As a content creator, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing compelling stories and messaging that resonate with various audiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns, ensuring they meet legal, compliance, and brand guidelines. You will work closely with functional leads, office leads, HR teams, and marketing and communications teams to achieve this goal.

Some of your key tasks will include writing and editing content, working with external agencies, and monitoring campaign efficacy. You will also be responsible for maintaining messaging platforms, intranet, and assets, as well as pitching ideas on effective communication strategies to foster engagement and employer brand favorability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication plans and calendars, crafting compelling messages and content to engage employees through multi-channel approaches.
  • Create newsletters, project updates, emails, and intranet content.
  • Coordinate communication activities, such as town halls, presentations, and leadership messages.
  • Maintain messaging platforms, intranet, and assets.
  • Pitch ideas on effective communication strategies to foster engagement and employer brand favorability.
  • Write and edit content for internal communication activities.
  • Develop high-quality communications materials for various audiences.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and processes followed for obtaining final approvals.
  • Work with external agencies: briefing, follow-up, performance, and budget management.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign efficacy, with clear KPIs to demonstrate ROI.

Competencies required:

  • Strong project and event management skills.
  • Experience in identifying relationships between business and communication objectives.
  • Strong writing and editing skills (native English). Ability to write for various audiences across multiple channels.
  • Creative skills: format and storytelling, PowerPoint design, video messaging tactics.
  • Ability to translate complex technical content into concise and impactful stories.
  • Critical mindset: identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong verbal communications.
  • Proactive self-starter who can navigate ambiguity.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
