Job Title: Onsite Support Euc Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Support Engineer to join our team at Myskysys. As an EUC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for all End User Computing devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobility, for office-based staff at site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the resolution of incidents, problems, and requests to achieve high standards of customer service and deliver optimum operational and business benefits.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Intune, Zoom Meeting Rooms, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 365 products, Windows 10 desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, Mobile Iron, NIC's, basic LAN/WAN connectivity, and network cable patching.
  • Use IT tools such as SCCM OS deployment, Intune Autopilot OS deployment, Microsoft MFA, and Service NOW Ticketing tool to manage tickets and adhere to required SLA.
  • Perform hardware and software installation, including understanding of deployment tools like SCCM.
  • Provide end-user support for break-fix and service requests, desktop/laptop/network printers management, and basic AV support for conference rooms and internal events using MTR (Microsoft Teams Room).
  • Deploy images using SCCM and Auto Pilot, and manage VDI technologies Citrix Xendesktop and Azure cloud PC.
  • Manage laptop AV/endpoint security using Mcafee and Cortex XDR, and user data management using OneDrive and Office 365.
  • Refresh old assets from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and provide MTR video conference support for meeting rooms and events.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/spare replacement, and manage incident management, service request management, and asset management.
  • Work independently and in a team environment, and communicate well with internal and external contacts.
  • Provide strong customer service for internal IT teams and business partners, and work closely with the Server and Networking teams.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience in the IT industry.
  • Good client management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of ITIL concept and Service Now.
  • Computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting.
  • Asset/inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts.
