Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our innovative team in a hybrid work environment. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in the redesign of our website, contributing your creative energy and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a significant impact on our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate on Website Redesign: Work with our team to redesign our website, primarily using Figma to create visually engaging and user-centric interfaces.
  2. Develop Lottie File Animations: Implement Lottie file animations to enhance the overall user experience on our website.
  3. Establish Design System: Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all digital platforms.
  4. Graphic Design and Photo Editing: Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit illustrations and photographs for the website.
  5. Marketing Materials: Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, social media assets, articles, and graphics for conferences.
  6. Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the company's quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your web design capabilities, particularly in website redesign and animation.
  2. Figma Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to contribute effectively to design system creation.
  3. Graphic Design Skills: Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing tasks.
  4. Lottie File Experience: Experience with Lottie files and a solid understanding of animation for web use.
  5. Communication Skills: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent English to effectively communicate within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
  1. Web Design Experience: Proven experience in web design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  2. UX/UI Understanding: Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  4. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest design trends.
