Rafa Nadal International School, managed by The Academy International School, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English Language Arts Teacher to join our team in Manacor, Mallorca, Spain.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately **€45,000-€60,000 per annum**, depending on qualifications and experience, which follows the Spanish pay scales. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide relocation assistance, including travel costs and paid accommodation for the first month.

Job Description

The successful candidate will teach English Language Arts to students in grades 6 to 12, following the American curriculum. The teacher will be responsible for providing instruction, assessing student progress, and maintaining updated grade books. They will also participate in school-wide initiatives, such as benchmark assessments, and support students and administration in Positive Behaviour Intervention and Supporting philosophy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified teaching certification (Teaching Credential/License) from a recognized institution
  • Experience in teaching English Language Arts in an international setting
  • Ability to design engaging lessons and assess student progress
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and a team-spirited work ethic
