Job Title: Data Center Operation Technician

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a leading technology company in the data center industry. We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operation Technician to join our elite team and contribute to maintaining one of the world's largest IT infrastructures in AWS Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a 7x24 roster duty in data center operations
  • Respond to incidents and provide hands-on support
  • Maintain proper media operations and follow process guidelines
  • Contribute to improving operation efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in server and network hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of network cabling and operation support
  • Sound understanding of incident response and prioritization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry experience in Data Center Operations
  • Knowledge of data center networking and cloud computing
  • Understanding of data center safety and security environment
