As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, ensuring compliance with good clinical practice and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of CRFs and variables dictionaries
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, including data entry, queries resolution, and data curation
- Train and support clinical research personnel at collaborating sites in protocol procedures and implementation
- Review data collection for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor project status reports
- Identify problems in protocol implementation
- Review and resolve regulatory issues
- Interface with clinical investigators, medical staff, management, lab technicians, and informaticians
- Report ongoing work and site-level problems to the Scientific Project Manager and project coordinators
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- Master's degree in Science
- Over 4 years of experience in clinical research and/or clinical trial data monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to work with human study participants
- Proficient in word processing and database management applications
- Knowledge of auditing
- Knowledge of good clinical practice and regulatory requirements
