Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our product team in accelerating the owner and sitter experience in the marketplace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product team in developing and executing product roadmaps that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Set strategic bets and priorities for the product team
  • Measure and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on product management experience in the tech industry
  • 4+ years leading teams of product or technical product managers
  • Experience measuring and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities
  • Proven ability to motivate teams to produce quality results within challenging timeframes and ongoing change
