Job Opportunity for a Senior Sales Account Executive

Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and leverage industry events to expand our reach.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  2. Manage a sales pipeline consisting of leads generated from both inbound and outbound channels, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to gain a deep understanding of each prospect's business challenges and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to fulfill their objectives
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert
  5. Stay ahead of market trends and position yourself as a go-to resource for clients seeking insights and guidance
  6. Drive negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, leveraging your expertise and persuasive skills to secure profitable business agreements

Core Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel up to 5 times per year
