About the Role


The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing sales operations processes. This involves tracking business results, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.



Key Responsibilities


- Create and update automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them proactively.
- Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and maximize business impact.



Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • An undergraduate or master's degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create reports and visualize data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
