Amazon Ecommerce Global Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business case development and operational setup for our Amazon partnership. You will work closely with our central and local teams to coach and train on the operational setup end-to-end across 15 active countries.

Your primary objective will be to establish Schneider Electric as a category leader in relevant electrical categories on the Amazon platform. You will work to maximize the potential of the Amazon partnership by driving alignment and localization for effective deployment in countries.

Key responsibilities include building our global Amazon strategy, setting up and deploying the multi-country operating model and governance for Amazon, and assisting countries in developing their launch plan. You will also be responsible for coaching and training our countries on how to work with Amazon and activating all potential growth levers.

Additionally, you will work with countries to develop a strong commercial growth plan to reach our combined target and drive development of and coordinate our contract framework to lower risk and ensure consistency of commercial policy.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for commercial performance with Amazon, including turnover and profitability, as well as online performance of Schneider products. You will work closely with the Digital Trade Manager to innovate and optimize eCommerce activities along the customer journey with a ROI-driven focus.

Key skills required for this role include strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and tackle daily operational challenges.
