Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care Coventry. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes within Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Promote dignity, independence, and individuality in all aspects of care
  • Support customers with personal care needs, including showering, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence
  • Provide comfort and companionship to customers
  • Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Undertake observations and document care plans as necessary
  • Assist customers to access the community, attend appointments, social visits, and days out
  • Assist with medication administration
