About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Planning Engineer to join our Aviation team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and development of airport infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement airport planning projects, including capacity/demand studies, infrastructure investment analysis, and operability studies.
  2. Contribute to the geometric configuration of airport airfields, passenger terminal buildings, accesses, and support facilities.
  3. Develop and maintain static and dynamic simulations within airport subsystems.
  4. Develop proposals for public and private clients, including airport planning and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
  1. Architecture or Aerospace Engineering degree, or a related field, with 1-4 years of experience.
  2. Advanced Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1) required, with other languages valuable.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Proficiency in modeling software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, Infraworks, and Open Road.
Desirable Requirements
  1. Experience in airport geometric design software, such as Transoft's Aviplan or similar.
  2. Experience with Rhino/Grasshopper software.
  3. Experience in airport subsystems capacity simulation software, such as ARC's CAST or Transoft's ARCPORT.
