As a key member of our European marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting event strategy in Europe, planning, executing, and long-term vision for our large-scale customer events in Europe (+1,000).
You will also support the field marketing team with the execution of smaller Veeva-led community events and industry trade shows. The successful candidate must be able to evidence ownership of both the planning and execution sides of high-impact events with differentiating delegate experiences, be an effective cross-functional operator, manage budget details, and support the execution of tactics, activities, and other details.
Key Responsibilities:
Input across the overarching strategy and delivery of European Commercial Summit, European R&D Summit, Field Kick Off, and other Veeva-led events, community forums, and industry trade shows taking place across Europe
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact events with differentiating delegate experiences
Manage budget details and support the execution of tactics, activities, and other details
Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, directing event agencies, and managing stakeholder relationships with key executives
Requirements:
Proven experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale events
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
