About the Role
Amdocs is seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking, revenue, profitability, operations, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set business objectives and targets to ensure success.
- Integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Americas region.
- Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets as well as encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.
- Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain including market trends, future technologies, competition, and partners.
- Lead inclusive leadership including matrix reporting.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent and encourage collaboration between teams.
- Develop an innovative mentality to achieve goals and support qualified risk-taking.
- Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals.
- Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements.
Requirements
- At least 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Leading a large organization and team of 500+ people.
- Fostering a growth mentality, deep understanding of business development, and service delivery with a proven track record of managing sales pipeline.
- Extensive experience in quality engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role and customer relationship management.
- Technical expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
