- Maintain a deep understanding of the local area to provide guests with information about attractions, restaurants, and services.
- Record and act on guest preferences, handling messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Ensure all guests are quoted the correct rate as per the selling strategy and website.
- Respond to telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Report any issues to the correct department and verify completion.
- Maintain the reception and public areas in a clean, tidy, and presentable state.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker, with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to make a positive impact on the team, guests, and colleagues.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to SLS's unique culture.
- Humble and open to ideas, with a willingness to try new approaches.
- Desire to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun.
