Job Title: German Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

We are a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Barcelona, specializing in Google products. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in German to join our team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and refine digital marketing campaigns across Google's advertising platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior in German-speaking regions.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved and provide reports on campaign success and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure that advertisements, landing pages, and creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives and audience preferences.
  • Assist account managers in communicating with clients, updating them on campaign progress, and addressing any concerns.
  • Apply strategies to improve ad performance through techniques such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of campaign performance, strategies, and insights for future reference.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German is required, with strong proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Previous experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven results.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work well with team members and clients, both remotely and in-person.
  • Adaptable to working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage responsibilities across different settings.
