**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a skilled Listing Agent to join our team. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for creating opportunities for homeowners to sell their properties with our agency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a car
* Flexibility to accommodate client schedules
* Adherence to the API (Association of International Property Professionals) code of conduct
* Proficiency in English; Spanish is advantageous
* Full office support, comprehensive marketing assistance, and state-of-the-art office infrastructure
