About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to support our Iberian region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading product discussions, feature requests, and building proof of concept for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-sales engagements, working on customer opportunities with the sales team.
- Provide and manage proof of concepts, demos based on customer requirements and act as the main point of contact.
- Identify product feature gaps and manage feature requests with the product team.
- Participate in trade shows, road shows, and technical forums representing Appear.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant solutions architect/sales engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in video technologies (encoding, contribution, live production, distribution).
- Fluent/native Spanish speaker with a good standard of English, other languages are an advantage.
