Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist with Competitive Salary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wibit Consulting & Services. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

  • To provide timely and effective technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email.
  • To ensure that every interaction is documented in our dedicated CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • To participate actively in internal team initiatives, contributing feedback and updates while promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills in both Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level), enabling effective verbal and written interactions with clients.
  2. Able to reside in Serbia and hold the necessary qualifications to take on this role without company support.
  3. Previous experience in customer or technical support, preferably within a help desk or IT function.
  4. Passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to work independently as a remote team player.
  5. Familiarity with external systems, PC-based internet applications, and software tools, such as Microsoft Office.
