Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist with Competitive Salary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wibit Consulting & Services. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role:
- To provide timely and effective technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email.
- To ensure that every interaction is documented in our dedicated CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- To participate actively in internal team initiatives, contributing feedback and updates while promoting collaborative solutions and supporting colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level), enabling effective verbal and written interactions with clients.
- Able to reside in Serbia and hold the necessary qualifications to take on this role without company support.
- Previous experience in customer or technical support, preferably within a help desk or IT function.
- Passion for problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to work independently as a remote team player.
- Familiarity with external systems, PC-based internet applications, and software tools, such as Microsoft Office.
