Drive Excellence in Critical Care Operations
We're seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Manager to lead our Critical Care service center operations, driving business and quality objectives forward.
As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the work of assigned service center teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure employees' safety, engage staff morale, and drive tactical execution of business objectives with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing plant operations, including execution of the annual operating plan, to maintain adequate line capacity and resolve diverse issues to meet cost and quality targets.
- Developing a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department.
- Negotiating solutions with cross-functional groups for continuous improvement.
- Managing technical service project activities, including BEx initiatives and global technical service projects, with accountability for successful completion of all deliverables to the business within established schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
- Identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, and resolving issues in collaboration with cross-functional groups.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, work experience, and a demonstrated track record in technical service operations management. A Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
We're looking for a proven project management leader with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and manufacturing systems. Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills are essential, including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma/Lean principles are preferred.
