Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Senior SEM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of SEM to develop and implement business strategies across brands and products, with a strong focus on the SEM channel.

The Senior SEM Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing customer acquisition strategies across different products for the SEM channel
  • Daily monitoring of sales, profitability, and target tracking
  • Delivering performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders
  • Liaising with product owners and coordinating internally to draw an effective strategy for the SEM channel
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic
  • Monitoring competitive metrics and market share
  • Building and deploying an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business
  • Developing solutions and automation processes for operational consistency and efficiency
  • Delivering annual forecasts and estimation of targets

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven performance marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a SEM role
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other Performance Marketing products and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
