We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading company in Customer Experience services. With over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique customer relationships, we aim to accelerate business experiences through innovation.

This role requires a passionate individual who can shift boundaries between marketing and technology with a holistic approach, focusing on marketing automation, personalization, and intelligence using cutting-edge technology and suppliers. As an important member of the Marketing Services department, you will integrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing strategy, drive innovation, and achieve business results.

Success in this role will utilize your past experience to analyze business needs, partner with our business development, operations, and tech teams to design evolutive roadmaps that improve customer experience maturity for our current and potential clients, utilizing a consultancy and pre-sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, advise, and pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help clients evolve their digital maturity and relationship with customers.
  • Develop an evolutionary roadmap to improve martech capabilities with business improvement objectives, combining client capabilities with marketing tool implementation.
  • Collaborate on proposals with potential clients, focusing on solution design from a technical perspective and emphasizing business aspects.
  • Act as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with client capabilities, both through services and martech tool implementation projects.
  • Participate in projects: define customer experience improvement strategies with a focus on marketing automation and improving relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products, potentially overseeing training and customer adoption.
  • Ensure integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems.
  • Train and support marketing technology products.
  • Understand marketing technology product integrations and building blocks.
  • Serve as a super-user and product evangelist for the full stack of martech products, leading and inspiring marketing tech initiatives throughout the company.
  • Oversee marketing intelligence and provide actionable insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Accompany marketing corporate teams to events, demos, and client locations.
  • Deliver presentations and perform product demonstrations.
  • Research market trends and associated technologies to identify impactful opportunities and trendy topics.
