You will be responsible for implementing preventive measures, conducting audits, leading employee training processes, and developing a KPI reporting system to minimize risks and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Management: Ensure rigorous compliance with ISO 45001 across all operations by overseeing its proper implementation and adjusting occupational H&S processes as necessary.
- Risk Assessment and Control: Assess workplace risks and develop mitigation strategies, identifying and controlling potential hazards in daily operations to promote a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.
- Training and Development: Design and execute training programs for employees with a focus on accident prevention and emergency management.
- University degree in Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Certification in ISO 45001.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation in Mexico, India, or Europe.
- Experience in conducting internal and external H&S audits.
