- Relevant higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers.
- 12+ years of experience in real-time embedded C programming (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector).
- Bare-metal C programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of ARM architecture.
- Experience with communication protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills.
