About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns and projects, working closely with internal technical and creative teams, as well as clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requests and establish a direct relationship with the client's team
  • Coordinate internal resources, including creative, technical, media, production, and finance teams
  • Participate in client calls in English and Spanish
  • Ensure executions meet brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate external partners and resources when necessary
  • Handle budgetary control and coordination/approval of billing
  • Suggest proposals for improvement and be proactive for the client/agency benefit
  • Contact the Publicis Groupe network for international clients
  • Manage PG internal tools

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing digital projects, such as campaigns, social media, websites, and CRM
  • At least 3 years of experience as a digital account executive or digital project manager, preferably in international accounts
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 or more), which will be assessed in an interview by the Talent Team
  • Experience with task or project management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, etc.)
  • Capacity to deal with complexity, pressure, and multitasking
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive
  • Open to new ideas and change
