About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Rooms Manager to lead our Rooms team. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the quality of our rooms operations. Your role will include working with direct reports to develop and implement departmental strategies, ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives, and maximizing financial performance of the department.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree in Business Administration or related major, along with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major, with 2 years of relevant experience, would also be suitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Rooms team (Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping) to champion the brand's service vision for product and service delivery.
- Communicating clear and consistent messages regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
- Making decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals.
- Monitoring and promoting room rates, specials, and promotions at the residence.
- Coordinating day-to-day maintenance works with the engineering team.
Estimated Salary: Based on the location and industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This figure includes a base salary, as well as additional compensation for performance-based incentives and benefits. The actual salary may vary based on individual qualifications and company policies.
