About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ESG Deal Advisory Professional to join our team at Arup. As a key member of our deal advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on strategic ESG issues to clients in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ESG due diligence exercises to assess the sustainability performance of target companies
  • Evaluate ESG performance against European and international standards
  • Provide expert advice on strategic ESG issues to clients
  • Lead and coordinate ESG workstreams in large, global projects
  • Identify and manage commercial and operational risks from project conception to delivery
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience in ESG and EHS due diligence
  • Master's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental and Social Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Working knowledge of English and Spanish (C1) is required
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred Portuguese/French)
