About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Safety Manager to join our Regional SHEQ Team in Europe West. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the region's compliance with corporate transport safety standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy transport safety standards, tools, programs, training, and performance analysis in the region.
  • Provide consulting support, expertise, and recommendations on transport safety matters.
  • Lead and/or participate in Distribution Safety reviews to ensure adequate safeguards and recommend additional safeguards as required.
  • Work with other functions to search for technologies to prevent driving incidents and lead or participate in distribution and vehicle incident investigations.
  • Develop and run regional audit programs and support Business Units in improving their local programs and technical skills.
Requirements
  • University degree (Master or equivalent) and 8 to 10 years of work experience in Gas, Petrochemicals, or related industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to distribution/logistics.
  • Knowledge and experience in risk analysis are required.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C2), and knowledge of German, French, and Spanish will be considered a plus.
