About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding companies on their online advertising strategies, achieving individual sales targets, and supporting the team's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective online advertising strategies for clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets, while contributing to the team's overall sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Native French language proficiency.
  • C1 level English language proficiency.
  • EU citizenship or Spanish residency card.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the field.
