About the Role
As a Client Solutions Associate at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with client-facing team members to identify and recruit new experts for our insight network. This involves conducting targeted lead generation, outreach, and vetting to ensure the best fit for our clients' projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Support team members on various aspects of client projects and network member engagement
• Recruit new experts through lead generation and timely outreach
• Build your understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify suitable experts
• Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and network members
• Proactively engage with network members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit for client projects
• Collaborate with client-facing team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations
