**Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our Technical Records department as a Technical Records Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to maintenance job processing, base maintenance checks, and record review.
**Key Responsibilities**- Reception, revision, and closure of maintenance jobs in the AMOS software system.
- Management and processing of base maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with standards and company policies.
- Revision and closure of major checks, updating the system with relevant information.
- Claim and follow-up on discrepancies generated during the process.
- Support and feedback to other departments, such as CAMO and Engineering.
- Participation in Phase in or Phase out projects, collaborating and assisting as needed.
- Aerospace Engineer degree is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-disciplined and methodical person.
- Prior experience in the area is not required but will be taken into account.
- Experience in aviation and aviation maintenance in general.
- Experience working within a CAMO and specifically Technical Records department.
- Good skills with AMOS software.
- Good skills with Excel and computer literacy.
- Driving license and owner of a vehicle.
- Availability for travel.
- Flexible working time.
- Work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
- Free coffee.
