Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy highly secure, reliable, and performant platform and application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers, to define and deliver features that drive business outcomes.
- Optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance, maintainability, and effectiveness.
- Use customer feedback to drive improvement and innovation in our products, ensuring customers succeed with our software and services.
- Provide technical leadership for projects and create design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
- Articulate technical concepts to stakeholders and ensure products scale to customer requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Technical full-stack engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Python.
- Proven track record of growing consumer or enterprise products using product-led growth techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to cultivate positive relationships, and clear communication and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated coding experience in C++, C#, and React.
- Experience in the entire software development life cycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and live site monitoring and support.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience developing solutions that are Cloud-enabled (i.e., Azure, AWS, Google).
- Experience collaborating across geo-distributed teams to deliver complete features and end-to-end customer experiences.
