About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding large and complex AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud.

You will work closely with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Your primary focus will be on translating strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones.

You will be responsible for executing education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions. Your expertise in delivery and change management will be crucial in driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on cloud adoption and migration
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:

  • Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs
  • Senior customer-facing role experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
