We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Performance Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

The Role's Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Identify opportunities and anomalies early, proactively raising insights to drive optimizations. Recommend course corrections and strategic shifts to maximize customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Storytelling and Communication: Translate data into compelling narratives that influence senior leadership and marketing decisions. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and data teams to deeply understand business objectives. Uncover opportunities for scale and inefficiencies in marketing spend, transforming findings into actionable strategies.
