The House Of Mercier is seeking a skilled Nordic Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional candidates across various industries within Nordic countries.

Your fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and your understanding of local hiring landscapes will be essential in identifying and attracting top talent.

This freelance position allows for flexible work arrangements while making a significant impact on our clients' recruitment needs.

We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effective client and candidate interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Leverage various recruitment platforms, tools, and social media to attract diverse talent.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and company culture.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a freelance capacity.
  • Genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to helping candidates succeed in their careers.
