Job Description

The Revenue Management Portfolio and Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing ambitious yet realistic strategic plans that drive decision-making and win stakeholder support. The role focuses on optimizing return on investment through Revenue Management projects, setting strategies for pricing, promotions, and trade terms, and developing tools for tracking and identifying opportunities and risks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance portfolio management and pricing capabilities to deliver insights to different business units and top management on how to grow the topline across the group.
  • Develop global portfolio management and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share across different business units.
  • Build and enhance analytics capabilities and data engineering to empower teams with the tools needed to make informed decisions.
  • Set up and follow up on Revenue Management projects with different business units to ensure successful initiative execution and guarantee results.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • Expertise with market data and advanced analytics with experience working on Pricing Elasticity Models, PPA models, and forecasting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and experience with statistical software (Python, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
Language Skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with proficiency in another language desirable.
