Objetivo de la Posisión:
Buscamos a un colaborador de ventas de accesorios de deporte para contribuir al logro de los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad de la tienda, manteniendo la excelencia operativa y de ventas, ofreciendo una experiencia al cliente convincente y única de Under Armour.

Responsabilidades Principales:
Las responsabilidades principales incluyen:
- Ser ejemplo de la servicio al cliente y la experiencia del cliente en tienda.
- Mantener todos los estándares que cubren el producto y de la sala de ventas.
- Mantenerse al día en el conocimiento del producto y la historia de la marca UA mediante la participación activa en todas las sesiones de formación.
- Cumplir y superar todos los objetivos y métricas de rendimiento individuales y de equipo establecidos.
- Mostrar una actitud profesional y positiva y poseer habilidades interpersonales excepcionales.

Requisitos:
Se requiere experiencia previa en retail.
