Job Summary
Amazon Prime Video is seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist, Portuguese to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for publishing and enhancing the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing your expertise in the Portuguese language.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of Portuguese language and execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality
About the Team
Our team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We focus on ensuring every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1)
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
