El Director de Producto de Quorum Selección será responsable de desarrollar la visión y estrategia de producto de la empresa, alineada con las necesidades del cliente, el crecimiento del negocio y la estrategia tecnológica global.
Responsabilidades
- Dirigir y gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde el diseño y el lanzamiento hasta el desarrollo de asociaciones interdisciplinarias.
- Definir los requisitos del producto y las hojas de ruta, incluyendo aspectos como la viabilidad, el tiempo, el coste y el impacto.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de marketing, ventas, desarrollo, diseño y otros departamentos para asegurarse de que todos estén alineados con la estrategia del producto.
- Medir y analizar el rendimiento de los productos, para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Crear y utilizar métricas y análisis para evaluar el éxito del producto y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Requisitos del Candidato
- Que sea licenciado/a o graduado/a en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Administración de Empresas o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de productos, preferiblemente en entornos tecnológicos.
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas digitales tales como ASANA, Trello, Jira, Canva, Genially o demás herramientas para trabajo colaborativo.
- Sólidos conocimientos de las metodologías de gestión de productos, como Agile o Lean.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y visión estratégica.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
- Alta capacidad de análisis, organización y orientación a resultados.
