About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fintech Systems Specialist to join our team at Ebury. As a KYC Administrator, you will be responsible for developing expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, configuring and refining it in line with Ebury requirements, and validating functional configuration changes. You will also support acceptance testing, address functional queries, and make configuration updates as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Team on product requirements and testing outputs, support defect triage throughout the delivery process, and adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements
  • Validate functional configuration changes
  • Support acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with the Product Team
  • Support defect triage
  • Adhere to internal governance processes

Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills
