Job Description:

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product, a platform for digital marketers. Our company is a hub for innovation and growth, and we're seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Retention division.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a focus on Data Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) to support the development, implementation, and deployment of analytics on customer and product data. The ideal candidate will deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions and support the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of product insights and customer behavior to identify data-driven opportunities for improving customer retention and fostering profitable growth.
  • Business Intelligence: Design and develop dashboards and reports in BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with UI/UX best practices.
  • Data Systems Documentation: Document data analysis efforts, including data sources, reporting specifications, and issue/problem resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Strong experience in SQL and database design, proficiency in designing dashboards and reports in BI tools, and basic knowledge of data science principles.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
