About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at HRCS - Área General. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, high level of English proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
