Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey. As an International Operations Intern, you will play a key role in representing our brand, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

The Role

We are seeking university students or recent graduates who are eager to gain genuine work experience, vocational placement, or an internship in our Depot in Martorell - Barcelona.

As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Handling front-office activities, including customer service and sales, as well as back-office activities, such as operations handling, quality control, and support activities.

What We Offer

  • Compensated internship, with the amount depending on location, country, and region.
  • Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, such as guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, supplies management, and logistics.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and a work permit.
  • A natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer service orientation.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
